Floods in South Eastern Asia, and YOU (you gamer you!)

What in the heck does a flood in Thailand have to do with the lack of computer equipment in the U.S?  Well boys and girls, it is called "International Conglomerates".  Business is in business to make a profit, which usually means getting the most bang for the buck, or marginal benefit at its greatest remove from marginal cost.  If a business can find a semi-productive (or better) labor force that exceeds the costs of transpo, training and language barriers, shebang.
