Public school performance...

If public high schools were to charge a modest tuition (please, don't get hung up on what that might be), what would the impact be on the quality of education?

  1. Parents will expect more if they are paying which will in turn, put more pressure on the faculty, which may, depending on the teacher, increase the quality of the learning experience.

I think it would be a good thing. A bigger budget. More classes offered. More opportunities. I wish I had filmmaking classes in High School.

  2. It would totally weed out all those who dont deserve or appreciate education

Share your unique economics experiences. What did you have to give up to gain that which at the moment seemed so necessary to you? Imperfect information spanked you and now diminishing marginal utility smacks you upside the head, eh?
